Spectators
All NASA Texas events are free entry for guests, family, crew, spectators, etc. You will be asked to sign a wavier and receive a wristband upon entry.
There is no gate at MSR Cresson so you will need to stop by the Driver
Info trailer to sign the wavier and receive the event wristband.
Sat Night
We are planning a track or treat ‘party in the paddock’ on Saturday evening before we begin dinner. We encourage all adults and children to dress in costume and bring a bag of candy to hand out at the tech canopy at 6:30 pm. NASA Texas will award some prizes for best costumes, etc. Join the fun and let’s see what kind of fun family costumes you can come up with other than “race car driver.”
We will plan for happy hour and “trick or treating” to run from approx. 6:30pm-7:00pm. Immediately following we will begin dinner service under the canopy.
“Banquet tickets” for dinner can be purchased for $10 each on the event registration page or at driver information once you are on site. This is open to all participants, crew, family and friends! Come hang out once the track goes cold and get to know your fellow drivers. On the menu will be Pulled Pork, Pinto Beans, Potato Salad, Pickles, Onions, BBQ Sauce, and Bread.

***Cancellation and Refund Policy***
- All refund or future event credit requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- Entry fees cannot be transferred between NASA Regions.
- Entry fees cannot be transferred to another driver.
- Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
HPDE/Time Trial/Racing:
Registration Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, with at least 5 days notice prior to the start of the event. (Monday prior to the event at 11:59 PM). If within 5 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be available. If you choose to select an event credit vs. a refund you will not endure the $50 processing fee but you are still required to give 5 days notice.
The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send an email to [email protected] or call 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
