This is a crossover event with the NASA Mid America Region. This means that drivers from the Mid America Region will be traveling to attend our event. Please show them a warm Texas welcome (in Oklahoma haha).

 

This event will count for NASA Mid America Regional Championship points.

 

Spectators

This event will be free entry for all registered participants and NASA staff.  All crew, guests, spectators and anyone not registered through NASA will be charged a $5 gate fee. This gate fee is charged by the facility, not by NASA.

***Cancellation and Refund Policy***

 

  • All refund or future event credit requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
  • Entry fees cannot be transferred between NASA Regions.
  • Entry fees cannot be transferred to another driver.
  • Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

HPDE/Time Trial/Racing:

Registration Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, with at least 5 days notice prior to the start of the event. (Monday prior to the event at 11:59 PM). If within 5 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be available. If you choose to select an event credit vs. a refund you will not endure the $50 processing fee but you are still required to give 5 days notice.

The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send an email to [email protected] or call 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
