We are planning to present the 2021 Season Championship awards in the Tech Garage after the track goes cold Saturday evening. There will be a beer garden provided by HD motorsports so please bring a lawn chair and support your fellow competitors as they receive their awards.

Jalie B’s will also be serving dinner for our Saturday night social from 5:30PM – 7:30PM. You may buy a “banquet” ticket on the event page. $10 each for a delicious, made from scratch meal of chicken fried steak, baked potato, salad and a roll. This is open to all family, friends, crew and guests!


*2022 Season Championship awards will be presented at MSR Cresson in March*



All NASA Texas events are free entry for guests, family, crew, spectators, etc. You will be asked to sign a wavier and receive a wristband upon entry.

***Cancellation and Refund Policy***

  • All refund or future event credit requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
  • Entry fees cannot be transferred between NASA Regions.
  • Entry fees cannot be transferred to another driver.
  • Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

HPDE/Time Trial/Racing:

Registration Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, with at least 5 days notice prior to the start of the event. (Monday prior to the event at 11:59 PM). If within 5 days of the event, no refunds or credits will be available. If you choose to select an event credit vs. a refund you will not endure the $50 processing fee but you are still required to give 5 days notice.

The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send an email to [email protected] or call 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
